In the\nsummer of 1970 I spent 90 hot days in San Antonio, Texas going through the Air\nForce Officer Training program. I successfully completed the training and\nreceived my commission to be a Second Lieutenant \u2013 my father jokingly called me\n\u201ca 90-day wonder\u201d. During his time in the Army he fought in World War II as an\nenlisted soldier and had first-hand experience of 90-day wonders. I quickly\ndiscovered that being a Second Lieutenant is the lowest position in the Air\nForce \u2013 you salute everyone who enlisted below you and everyone above you in\nthe officer corps. Basically I saluted everyone in the Air Force. Yes Sir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The US\nAir Force is just one of many organizations around the globe in which people\ntrain to participate in a unique world. All organizations \u2013 corporate,\nreligious, military, various types of government and nameless others have a\nbasic pattern of design and coordination by which the entity and participants\nmust function. The officer\u2019s training experience I had was the way the Air\nForce indoctrinated me into their world \u2013 the rules, the language, the norms\nand unwritten norms of behavior, and a particular view of the world. Rank is\none very important rule to learn and follow because rank defines the overall\ndesign and operation in each flight, squadron, command, and ultimately the\nentire Air Force. Each Air Force member has a position in the corps and is\ngiven responsibility based on that position or rank. For officers, the top is\nthe 4-Star General\u2026 the bottom is the Second Lieutenant!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following\nmy USAF pilot training, the service sent me to various survival schools,\nincluding prisoner of war (POW) training. When you are a POW the ranking\nofficer speaks for all prisoners which affords some (although minimal) means of\nworking with your captors. This challenging experience taught me a great deal.\nI learned how to survive in this type of situation and more importantly I saw\nfirst hand the practical usefulness of rank and how the design of the Air Force\nworked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something\nsimilar can be said relative to all organizations in which human beings\nfunction. Without design and control\/coordination, whatever the organization is\nwill cease to function. The objective in most humanly created designs is to\nmake money by controlling people. So, what is the divine design and\ncoordination of Being? It is one thing to say that Being (Spirit) is oneness.\nYet, how does \u201cBeing\u201d work and function in a practical sense? Attunement can\nhelp!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From\nJune 29, 1947, Uranda: Attunement with the Truth develops what has been\ncommonly called the mystical ability to perceive and understand that which is\ncommonly thought to be hidden.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\noperation of Being, how Being works, is not based in some type of hierarchy or\nrank, or revealed in any type of election. Although the divine principle of\ncoordination and design, at least the idea of it, is used to operate human\nendeavors and the ego-created world. The design of Being, the coordination of\nBeing, is based upon the stewardship of creative fields! Some fields are\nexpansive in scale and others smaller. Scale does not matter; responsibility\nfor the field is what counts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is\na \u201ccreative field\u201d? A creative field has three governing or points of polarity.\nWhen an Attunement is initiated with another person, that person is invited to\ncreate and share in a \u201cfield\u201d together. In Attunement classes we have learned\nthat when balance occurs in the current moving through the life-pattern of both\nindividuals (usually at the beginning), it opens the Vesica Piscis or the place\nof union between the two participants. The one who initiated (giving) the Attunement\nis in the place of coordination while the one receiving (response) the\nAttunement is the one willing to participate in the creative field. Actually,\nboth are in the creative field together, but the one that is initiating is\nresponsible for holding the connection with the third point (Being) of the\ncreative field. This is the point of coordination in a more expansive creative\nfield. Thus, all fields are connected from the largest to the smallest \u2013 Union,\nOneness in the All That Is \u2013 God Almighty!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From\npage 10 of \u201cAttunement: The Creator\u2019s Magic\u201d: The divine act of\nparticipating in a creative field, on Earth through human form, reveals the\nmagic of creation, the reality of the Creator\u2019s creative power. The reality of\nsharing in an Attunement means you are sharing in a specific creative field,\nand thus in the creative power of the Creator.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The job\nof Creator Beings having a human experience is to manifest and steward the\nradiation of Love \u2013 the radiation of Being on Earth. A Creator Being stewards\nthrough the use of vibrations and energies in the many creative fields. This is\ndivine, heavenly service. And, the realm of one\u2019s responsibility never extends\nbeyond the range of one\u2019s creative field. That reminds me of the marital advice\ngiven to me by my mentor Martin Exeter. \u201cDon\u2019t go beyond the substance of your\nmarriage.\u201d In other words, don\u2019t go beyond the substance of my primary creative\nfield in form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From\nSeptember 20, 1946, \u201cDirections For The New Day #4\u201d, Uranda: The first\nevidence of the fact of a Creative Field is [that] it begins to adjust that\nwhich is harmonious to the currents involved, bringing it into the\nmanifestation of a pattern harmonious to the points of polarity, but after the\ninitial phases have been completed, so that there is really a channel of\noperation and the polarities are maintained and the understanding of Truth with\nrespect to the current of Divine Love is clear, it properly moves into what we\nmay rightly call a Creative sphere of Divine Pattern\u2026.Creative work as we think\nof it now is primarily re-creative, that is, in the true or ultimate sense\nCreative work is the bringing forth of that which did not before exist, so what\nI am calling a Creative Field within the scope of our present consideration\u2026.is\nprimarily interested in re-creative work, that is, bringing forms already in\nexistence into harmonization with the perfect Pattern. I sometimes think that\nthe re-creation of a human being is more difficult than the original creation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creative\nfields can be as small as two people (sharing Attunement or a life partnership\nor marriage) or a grouping of individuals (IAAP teleconference call) or the\npopulation of the entire planet. And there are larger fields \u2013 the Earth being\nin the creative field of the Solar System. Relative to the Earth, all of the\nEarth is contained in the one field of Love which is described as the seventh\nplane of Being and in the human form comes to focus in the pineal gland. All\nthe other levels of radiation or levels of creative fields come out of the\ndifferentiation of the One Spirit of Love. The specific Being that initiated\nthe creative field of the Earth (think Attunement) is the coordinating point\nfor this field. That One has been referred to in various sacred texts as the\n\u201cLord of Love\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ndesign and coordination of Being is perfect. There is no competition, no ladder\nof success to climb, no limited ego urges (independence, importance, money,\npower, etc.) to live out. Each Being is responsible for a specific creative\nfield. No more, no less. And, in each field there are countless divine\npossibilities. The revelation of Love is accomplished through many creative\nfields \u2013 some we participate in with another Being providing the coordinating\nfunction of that field. At other times who we are (I am) provides the\ncoordinating function of a field \u2013 all to the end that the divine patterns are\ncreated and the stewardship of the Earth is accomplished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nnature of the Creator is to create. We are a company of Creator Beings having a\nhuman experience and we reveal the divine through our daily living. Share\nAttunement and explore your co-creative side!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
